  • Technique for determining levels of responsibility and developing internal locus of control
Practice: individual analytical work
Working in mini-groups: how to develop proactivity on a personal level, team level, and within the organization?

  • Stages and tools of strategic thinking: vision, analysis, action plan
  • Blue Ocean Strategy
  • Force Field Analysis
  • Evaluation of ideas / initiatives using the “Effectiveness / Simplicity of Implementation” matrix
Practice: setting personal strategic goals, assessing the current situation, developing an action plan
  • Managing own resources: 4 sources of energy replenishment – physical, emotional, mental, spiritual
