  • “Personal Leadership” Concept and its aspects: proactivity, cooperation, strategic thinking
  • Leader’s personality. How to develop proactivity? Working with questions and formulations, a new perspective on thinking
• Technique for determining levels of responsibility and developing internal locus of control

Practice: individual analytical work. Working in mini-groups: how to develop proactivity on a personal level, team level, and within the organization?

Strategic Thinking
• Stages and tools of strategic thinking: vision, analysis, action plan
• Blue Ocean Strategy
• Force Field Analysis
• Evaluation of ideas / initiatives using the “Effectiveness / Simplicity of Implementation” matrix

Practice: setting personal strategic goals, assessing the current situation, developing an action plan
